Founded by French-born designer Nicole Farhi in 1982, the Nicole Farhi fashion house has developed a reputation over three decades for producing luxury but laid-back designs.

The brand’s owners and store locations may have changed over the years, but Nicole Farhi remains a go-to destination for understated and elegant knitwear, tailoring and separates, including beautiful collections for men and women as well as elegant pieces for the home.

Silk separates, like the elegant Francis top (£250), are one of the key themes of Nicole Farhi’s AW15 collection for women, while lovers of gorgeous outerwear will be attracted by the soft-touch wool and flattering fit of the Fourting gun coat (£500).

Meanwhile, for the guys, AW15 at Nicole Farhi is all about new-season knits. We love the grey Schulte jumper, made from a finest Italian-wool blend (£295). Pair it with the smart Ishii hunting jacket (£495) and you’ll have a look that’s as snug as it is irresistible.
