Online boutique GIRISSIMA.COM showcases its exciting new arrivals

As you know, we’re fans of our big-name department stores here at the Fashion & Style Directory, but we also love to celebrate interesting, individual fashion brands that you may not have come across before.

One that we’ve discovered – and added to our Directory – recently is GIRISSIMA.COM. It’s an online boutique, based in Portugal, that offers a curated collection of ladies’ clothes and accessories, including some exciting European brands such as the award-winning Danish label By Malene Birger.

GIRISSIMA.COM has a dedicated section of its site that showcases new products, so we’ve been having a good sniff around to see what catches our eye – and you can see three of our favourites in the picture at the top of the page.

Starting from the left, we really love the Ready Teal Plunging Tank Dress from Spanish label Lentejita (£109), which combines a stunning and unusual colour with a gorgeously silky feel. It’s such a dramatic look as well, with an extreme plunge at the front and cute crisscross straps that lead to a slightly draped open back – a perfect lightweight but glamorous choice for a cocktail-filled summer evening.

In the middle, we’ve selected Eleven Paris’s White Tiger Chief Graphic White T-Shirt (£38) – you could try making a statement by showing off the t-shirt’s eyecatching imagery and oh-too-true “We all go a little mad sometimes” slogan, or team it with a trendy anorak jacket and ripped jeans to create a look of effortlessly grungy cool.

Last up we’ve chosen another piece from the Lentejita range, the quilted Cranky White Bomber Jacket for £117. Athletic inspired, and with cream faux-leather details on the collar, shoulders, cuffs and front pockets, it looks fantastic paired with some jagged shorts and your choice – depending on the occasion – of white trainers or stiletto heels.
