Headpiece designer Rosie Willett shares her top tips for brides with Hello magazine
Wedding headpiece and jewellery business Rosie Willett Designs is one the latest additions to our Directory, so we were delighted to see Rosie – who’s from down the road in Whitley Bay – featuring on the Hello website last week.
In the article, she shares her tips on finding the perfect headpiece – including the importance of making sure it complements your wedding dress and hair – and also talks about what it was like to design a bespoke headpiece for Georgia Horsley’s wedding to McBusted’s Danny Jones. That time, her exquisite creation made it to the front page of Hello – and all from Georgia initially seeing Rosie’s designs on Twitter.
Speaking to Soult’s Retail View recently, Rosie revealed that the ‘Georgia’ hair vine is now her bestselling design, and that the coverage has given her business “a huge boost”. There are more exciting developments ahead, too: Rosie has recently launched her new Moondance collection – a range of beautiful pieces handmade from Swarovski crystal – and has plans for new product lines and expansion into the United States. She’s also about to start working on her 2016 collection, which will include a headpiece for her own wedding in September!
