Design your own Joules wellies – and be in with a chance to win a £5,000 luxury break

Our favourite countrywear brand, Joules – listed in our Directory here – is well known for its bold welly designs. (This splendid robin-bedecked design is probably our current favourite from the collection.)

And now, this autumn, Joules wants to tap into your creative juices as it announces its ‘design your own wellies’ competition!

Head over to the special competition page on the Joules website and you can create your own Joules wellies using a variety of prints, shapes and drawings. Simply submit up to five designs no later than 4 December 2015, using the Facebook or email links provided there, and then cross your fingers until the winner is revealed!

As you can see from the picture above, we had our own go at creating a design, based on our Fashion & Style Directory logo – but we’re sure you can come up with something that is rather more likely to appeal to Joules’ shoppers.

And it really does need to appeal, because the winning entry will be made into a limited edition run of wellies to be sold alongside the current collection. Even better, all proceeds from the sale of the winning wellies will be donated to Joules’ charity partners via its Charitably Joules programme.

Meanwhile, apart from the pride of seeing their design brought to life, the winner will also win a luxury UK break worth up to £5,000, while ten runners up will receive a £250 gift card to spend on lovely things from Joules.

There are some rules to be aware of, of course – most importantly, entrants must be UK residents over 18 – and you can read the full Ts&Cs on the Joules website.
