There’s still time to pick up a glamorous bargain in the Ariella Sale
You should know by now that we find it hard to resist Ariella’s glamorous frocks – and we’re not alone, with the label’s creations popping up everywhere from swish parties to the red carpet.
The only trouble of exclusive and beautiful designs like Ariella’s is that the price tags tend not to be for the faint-hearted. It’s true that you can usually pick up a gorgeous bolero or stole in the online store for less than £100, but for the most intricate dresses you can, not surprisingly, be looking at several hundred pounds or more.
Indeed, if money’s no object, the most expensive frock in the collection is the exquisite Gwyneth long dress (£860; left in size 12 only). It’s breathtaking, of course, and looked lovely on actress Michelle Collins when she wore it for the 2014 BAFTAs.
Happily, January is definitely the time to check out the Ariella website if you fancy picking up a bargain, with plenty of options that won’t involve you maxing out the credit card.
The main Sale page features a snapshot of the store’s reduced items – including the vibrant Stephanie shift dress for a crazy £39 (was £150; available in sizes 10,14 and 18) – but don’t be lulled into thinking that those are the only great deals on offer.
Head over to the shop’s homepage and you’ll spot plenty of other sale-stickered products, many of them half price. For £80 in sizes 10-16 (was £159), we love the cute and flirty styling of the Azia metallic jacquard dress, or for full-on glam the Milo velvet maxi dress (£100 in sizes 10-16; was £199) is rich and flattering.
Scroll down the page on the Ariella site and you’ll find plenty more attractive bargains – but, as ever, be quick! Popular sizes can soon sell out, and once the sale items are gone, they’re gone.
So, have a browse, and if you spot something you like persuade yourself that you’re due a post-Christmas treat to cheer up these dark January days!
