Teenage entrepreneur launches Centrepiece Clothing with printed tee collection
As you know, we like to showcase interesting new clothing stores here at the Fashion & Style Directory – and you can’t get much newer than one that launched just three days ago.
Centrepiece Clothing is the brainchild of 17-year-old college student Joe Kalus, who’s been working on the business for a few months alongside his studies – which, as you might imagine, include business as one of the subjects.
The collection has launched with a series of bold printed unisex t-shirt designs (with a hoodie to follow), some – such as the distinctive smoke trail tee – featuring original photographs and art by Joe’s brother. Other products showcase the work of photographers that Joe has discovered and worked with through Flickr.
Talking about his new enterprise, Joe told us that “in the near future I wish for Centrepiece Clothing to grow, and for it to become a recognisable brand.” We certainly wish him all the best!
