Say hello to Bang Tidy Clothing!

Here at the Fashion & Style Directory, we like showcasing stores you might not have heard of just as much as we enjoy highlighting our favourite department stores and high-street names.

So, we were very pleased to welcome the Sheffield-based design-and-print clothing company Bang Tidy Clothing as the latest addition to our Directory.

“A young, fresh, up-and-coming clothing design company”, Bang Tidy Clothing produces all its own designs in house and uses the latest DTG (direct-to-garment) technology to print ink directly onto the material using inkjets, instead of the widely used heat transfer method.

This means that whatever product you buy – including men’s and women’s t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts and vests – it has a vibrant print that will withstand repeated washes. So, no more of those dodgy-looking tees where a bit more of the picture crumbles away each time it’s laundered.

There are more interesting things to come, too. Talking to Soult’s Retail View (a retail blog run by our parent business, CannySites.com), Bang Tidy Clothing’s MD, Nick Collinson, explained that “two years ago it was the advent of DTG, this year it’s the all-over-print garments, and next year we have two streetwear brands going to retail. We have plans to launch a website with a design-your-own-garment feature as the focal point – design, print and deliver in under 48 hours.”
